SailPoint Solutions Architect - IIQ

Role summary :

The ProofID Solutions Architect is responsible for being the technical lead, reporting to and working closely with the Chief Services Officer during pre-sales processes, RFP creation, client demos, and project implementation or maintenance of SailPoint IIQ software projects for clients and partners. This client-facing role involves being the primary technical resource responsible for translating client identity requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the CSO during pre-sales activities such as initial meetings, product demos, and proposal creation.
2. Install, integrate, and deploy the IIQ products in the client environment.
3. Support clients post-implementation with user testing, debugging, support, and environment maintenance.
4. Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners appropriately.
5. Partner with the Project Manager on scope, schedule, status, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with many of the following technologies:

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or systems integration, including 3+ years of enterprise software implementation as a developer and architect.
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration of IIQ products.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with clients.
• Familiarity with XML, SPML / SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Experience with Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
• Understanding of directories like LDAP and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with IAM provisioning systems, RBAC, and provisioning processes is a plus.

Preferred :

• Experience working with project management in planning, resource management, scope, schedule, and documentation.
• Experience with QA duties, including usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
• Security software or internal IT audit experience.
