SailPoint Solutions Architect - IIQ

Role summary :

The ProofID Solutions Architect is responsible for being the technical lead reporting to and working closely with the Chief Services Officer during pre-sales processes, RFP creation, client demos, and project implementation, integration, deployment, or maintenance of SailPoint IIQ software projects for clients and partners. This client-facing role involves being the primary technical resource responsible for translating SailPoint client identity requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the CSO in pre-sales activities such as initial meetings, product demos, and proposal creation.
2. Install, integrate, and deploy IIQ products in client environments.
3. Work with clients post-implementation on user testing, debugging, support, and environment maintenance.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and partners about product and implementation aspects at technical and functional levels.
5. Partner with Project Managers on scope, schedule, status, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with many of the technologies below:

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or systems integration, including 3+ years in enterprise software implementation as a developer and architect.
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration, particularly with IIQ products.
• Excellent communication skills and client collaboration experience.

Technologies include:

• XML, SPML / SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Windows and Unix platforms (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX).
• Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Directories (LDAP, AD).

Familiarity with IAM systems, identity management provisioning, RBAC, and provisioning is a plus.

Preferred :

• Experience with project planning, resource management, scope, schedule, and documentation.
• Experience with QA duties such as usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
• Security software or internal IT audit experience.
