You will be an essential part of this mission, using your technical expertise to demonstrate how our Data Intelligence Platform can help customers solve their complex data challenges. You'll work with a collaborative, customer-focused team that values innovation and creativity, using your skills to create customized solutions to help our customers achieve their goals and guide their businesses forward. The impact you will have :

1. Form successful relationships with clients throughout your assigned territory, providing technical and business value to Databricks customers in collaboration with Account Executives.
2. Operate as an ML / AI expert to excite customers about Databricks. Develop into a champion and trusted advisor for customers developing GenAI solutions such as RAG architectures on enterprise knowledge repositories, querying structured data with natural language content generation, and monitoring.
3. Build and increase customer data science workloads and apply the best MLOps practices to productionize these workloads across various domains.
4. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer, define priorities, influence the product roadmap, and assist with the adoption of Databricks ML offerings.

What we look for :

1. Engage customers in technical sales, challenge their questions, guide clear outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions.
2. Develop customer relationships and build internal partnerships with account executives and teams.
3. 5 years of hands-on industry ML experience in at least one of the following :
4. ML Engineer: Develop production-grade cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) infrastructure supporting ML application deployment, including drift monitoring.
5. Data Scientist: Experience with the latest NLP techniques, vector databases, finetuning LLMs, and deploying LLMs with tools like HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
6. Experience in use case discovery, scoping, delivering complex solution architecture designs to diverse audiences, with the ability to switch contexts in technical depth.
7. Fluent in English; German is beneficial.
