Zusammenfassung

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its customer-facing technical team in Germany. The role sits between customers, commercial teams and engineering to translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will develop demonstrations, proofs‑of‑concept and assist with technical proposals, RFPs and client presentations while working with AI and advanced computing tech across industries.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years in a Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and production deployment.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and containerised deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD and model deployment.
• Fluent German and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.

A growing technology company operating in the AI and advanced computing space is looking for a Solutions Architect to join its customer-facing technical team in Germany. The business is developing innovative technology designed to help organisations solve complex computing and AI challenges more efficiently, working with customers across a range of industries.

As a Solutions Architect, you will sit between customers, commercial teams and engineering, helping translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions. You will work across modern cloud and AI infrastructure, support technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and help customers understand how new technologies can be deployed effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically hands-on Solutions Architect who enjoys working directly with customers and wants to take on a broader role across architecture, AI and technical pre-sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
• Design practical and scalable solutions across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments.

• Work closely with internal engineering teams to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Evaluate and optimise AI workloads, infrastructure and deployment approaches.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3-7 years' experience in a Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Implementation or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and production deployment.
• Experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD and model deployment.
• Experience with Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of modern LLM infrastructure, inference or deployment.
• Experience working with GPU-based workloads and understanding infrastructure requirements for AI applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts or customer presentations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Fluent German and English.
• Based in Germany already + willingness to travel when required.
• Experience with LLM performance benchmarking or optimisation.
• Knowledge of vLLM, ONNX, OpenVINO or similar inference technologies.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents or generative AI applications.
• Experience with model quantisation or deployment to edge environments.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision, Speech or multimodal AI.
• Understanding of data architecture and large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with GDPR and emerging AI regulation.
