NET CHECK GmbH in Berlin seeks an AI Architect to lead scalable AI solutions across the organization. You will define AI strategy, guide data infrastructure decisions, and oversee ML/DL system architectures, with a focus on production-ready deployment and governance.

The role requires 3+ years in AI architecture/leadership, strong cloud and ML framework expertise (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and a track record of delivering measurable impact in enterprise environments.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven and documented experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring at scale.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and explainability frameworks.
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or operational AI systems.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with edge AI, Telco, or high-performance computing for AI.

Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between advanced AI research and practical business applications, ensuring our AI initiatives deliver measurable impact.
