Job Description

Solutions Architect – Digital Health Integration - Neurotech (Europe)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital health? We’re seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the integration of cutting-edge digital solutions into our clients Class III Medical Device portfolio across Europe. This role is key to transforming how they deliver care by combining clinical insight, software innovation, and customer-centric implementation strategies.

About the Role

As their regional digital health lead, you'll serve as a key architect of innovation—designing, customising, and deploying solutions that elevate the patient experience and drive clinical value. Working closely with European clinics, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders, you’ll oversee every phase of digital integration, from early requirements to post-launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clinics across the EU regarding digital solution engagement and technical implementation.
  • Lead requirements gathering with clinical partners, focusing on IT security, GDPR, ISO standards, patient consent, and local regulatory nuances.
  • Architect and guide the integration of software solutions into clinical environments, aligning technical processes with strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IS, Post-Care, and Training to drive seamless implementation, launch, and rollout across regions.
  • Conduct post-market surveillance to assess performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coach healthcare providers on advanced technical features and value-added benefits to enhance patient outcomes and clinical workflows.
  • Develop persuasive materials for customer education and objection handling.
  • Partner with U.S. and EU teams to align regional and global development strategies and ensure compliance with MDR, GDPR, and relevant ISO standards.
  • Travel frequently to engage with clinical partners, gather technical and user feedback, and support solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master’s (MBA, MSc) .
  • Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Program Manager, or similar role within medical devices or digital health.
  • Strong knowledge of Class III medical devices, digital health regulations, and EU compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and drive customer value through technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles, mobile apps, connected technologies (IoT), and UX principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional project leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across clinical, technical, and commercial audiences.
  • Convincing presence and problem-solving abilities in customer-facing environments.
  • High willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally to the U.S.
