Are you an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect with a passion for designing innovative, scalable solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the way in delivering top-tier ServiceNow implementations that transform the way businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions , ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow architecture , integration strategies, and best practices across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and consultants, to develop custom solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using REST , SOAP , and other integration technologies.
• Conduct solution reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and guarantee the scalability and performance of the platform.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What We're Looking For :

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Strong expertise in designing scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integration and automation.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow integrations , including web services, APIs, and third-party system integrations.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and how to align them with ServiceNow to drive business transformation.
