You, as a Cloud Solution Architect, are an advocate for cloud adoption. Your solutions are resilient, cost-effective, scalable, and fault-tolerant, providing stakeholders with the stability and security they need, not just their wants.

Your Mission

1. Define the technology stack and the approach to achieve the target architecture.
2. Discuss architectural challenges and solutions with the architecture board and teams.
3. Translate architectural decisions into specific steps and implementations.
4. Participate actively in development and cross-team sync-up meetings to understand company goals.
5. Communicate technical decisions to the team and address changes promptly.
6. Lead architectural planning meetings, discussing Epics with the team and decompose them with end results in mind.
7. Ensure high quality of delivered products (documentation, concept reviews, monitoring, tracing, alerting, auto-renewal, idempotency).
8. Collaborate daily with technical architects to ensure clear understanding of the architecture and its purpose.
9. Escalate when help is needed to Enterprise Architect and CPO.
10. Suggest improvements during retrospectives that work.

What you will create :

• Cloud-native enterprise-level application architectures.
• Applications that stand alone for their value and quality in procurement markets (Sourcing, Spend Management, Procurement, Supplier Management).

What you will practice :

• Building cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Supporting teams in transitioning monoliths into microservices/microsites.
• Design-first, then implement approach.
• Prototyping and spike validation.

Your Profile

Must-haves

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in designing and building distributed systems.
• Experience in decomposing monolithic applications into microservices.
• Practical knowledge of DDD, CQRS/CQS, and Event Sourcing.
• Extensive experience with REST/HTTP and AMQP (RabbitMQ, Service Bus).
• Deep knowledge of Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Background as a .NET / C# developer.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of MS SQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with non-relational databases and search engines like SOLR, Redis, GraphDBs, Elasticsearch.
• Monitoring and logging solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
