We are looking for a dedicated Solution Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, provide customized solutions, and contribute to our growth targets. If you have a strong sales background and excel at understanding complex customer needs, we would love to connect with you!

Your key responsibilities :

  1. Identify and evaluate new opportunities to complete customer projects across all industries, focusing on increasing sales via new customer acquisition and cross-selling.
  2. Drive revenue and sales growth in line with targets, managing progress through reporting and forecasting.
  3. Ensure the optimal presence of D&B products and services within complex customer structures, maintaining a robust opportunity funnel.
  4. Prepare customer requirements analysis and design and execute business reviews.
  5. Advocate internally for customers to maximize their added value and contribute to product and solution improvements.
  6. Manage the customer journey by recommending suitable D&B products and solutions, acting as the first point of contact.
  7. Develop industry-specific success strategies and action plans in collaboration with relationship management teams.

Your experience :

  1. University degree or equivalent with a technical affinity and a numbers-driven background.
  2. Proven successful sales record in complex buying units with several years of experience demonstrating consistent achievement and revenue management.
  3. Strong leadership, motivational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).
