Job Description

As a Solution Manager, you will assume responsibility as a Service Owner for key services within our Communications IT Services Portfolio. This includes overseeing Internet and Intranet Web Services, Analytics, Social Media Management, Monitoring, and other services tailored for our automotive communications customers. You will manage IT projects across divisions, ensuring services are developed and delivered customer-oriented.

• Create, align, and adjust service strategies with customers
• Manage and coordinate the entire service chain and process implementation with stakeholders
• Optimize services and introduce technical innovations
• Ensure and verify service and process quality
• Lead projects for new or replacement IT services
• Handle change and demand management
• Manage budgets for services
• Consult on web service environment projects
• Coordinate with external software providers for product development

The position can be based in Frankfurt, Hannover, or Regensburg.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar
• Several years of experience in IT Service or Project Management
• Knowledge and experience as Service Owner or Application Owner
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing external service providers
• Expertise in web content management, analytics, and search technologies
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• Good negotiation skills and stakeholder solutions
• Independent, structured, results-, and customer-oriented work style
• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
