We are seeking an engaged individual with extensive experience in customizing and implementing Salesforce solutions. Support our team through technical assistance, process optimization, and innovative business processes.

Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Customization & Implementation
2. Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions following best practices.
3. Customize Salesforce Cloud solutions to optimize business processes.
4. Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business applications.

1. Technical Support & Operations
2. Assist end-users with technical support and troubleshooting.
3. Maintain and further develop existing Salesforce solutions.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and projects.
5. Develop and execute test plans to validate customizations (unit tests, system tests, UAT).

1. Process Optimization & Innovation
2. Identify and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in Salesforce.
3. Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

1. Project Work & Management
2. Participate in projects for developing and integrating business processes in Salesforce.
3. Work closely with project teams to ensure goal achievement and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Salesforce projects and their implementation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce).
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Preferred: Experience with Experience Cloud and Pardot.

Language Skills

• Very good English skills (C1/C2).
• Preferred: German or Spanish (B1/B2).
