We are looking for you to join our tech team in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. 1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop-shop for the sale, installation, and servicing of solar panels, heat pumps, electricity solutions, and charging infrastructure. As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat Tech domain, you will coordinate our Integrations Team, manage our partner network and integrations, draft requirements for their software and hardware solutions, and conduct root cause analyses to ensure platform stability and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Coordination: Oversee all integration topics and their role within the overall Heartbeat technology stack. Track and report workstreams, ensuring alignment with other teams.
2. Project Management: Support software delivery, focus on deploying integration solutions, gather requirements, and coordinate with local and international teams to meet market needs. Work directly with hardware providers on interface issues.
3. Technical Contribution: Define, implement, evaluate, deploy, and enhance integration solutions. Promote best practices and uphold high technical standards, continuously seeking improvements.
4. Innovation Initiatives: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, driving initiatives with stakeholders to quickly implement solutions and strengthen 1KOMMA5°'s market leadership.
5. Partner Support: Act as a contact point for partner networks and OEM partners, aiding integration efforts and ensuring smooth operations for customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing complex hardware-software projects
• Broad knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, EEBUS, etc., used in renewable energy markets
• Strong skills in root cause analysis of hardware integrations
• Commitment to maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and engaging with leadership
• Passion for developing innovative energy solutions that challenge the status quo
• Enjoy solving technical challenges and effective communication skills
• An agile, product-focused mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with Modbus TCP hardware integration
• Experience building products for the energy market
