As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat Tech domain, you will focus on coordinating our Integrations Team, managing our partner network and integrations, drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions, and engaging in root cause analyses to ensure high platform stability and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordination: Oversee all integration topics and their fit within the overall Heartbeat technology stack. Track and report workstreams and ensure alignment across teams.
• Project Management: Support software delivery, focus on rolling out integration solutions, gather requirements, and coordinate with local and international teams to meet market needs. Work directly with hardware providers regarding interfaces.
• Technical Contribution: Define, implement, evaluate, deploy, and improve integration solutions for complex problems. Promote best practices and high technical standards.
• Innovation Initiatives: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, driving initiatives with stakeholders to enhance our market position.
• Partner Support: Act as a point of contact for partner networks and OEM partners, supporting integration efforts and ensuring smooth operations for customers.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing complex hardware-software projects
• Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, EEBUS, etc.
• Interest in root cause analysis of hardware integrations
• Ability to maintain a well-documented knowledge base and engage with leadership
• Passion for innovative energy solutions and challenging the status quo
• Enjoy solving technical challenges with partners, owning projects, and effective communication
• An agile, product-oriented mindset and team spirit
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Modbus TCP hardware integration
• Experience in building energy market products
