Your Responsibilities


  • Be part of the business development team which is responsible for all new product-solutions and work closely with the product team and tech-experts on one side and the sales team on the other side


  • Thought Leadership for conferences, panel discussions, whitepapers and articles


  • Prepare and support sales in pitching new technical developments


  • Lead analytics requests for customer offerings with the Analytics team


  • Support the product team in shaping our product roadmap with latest knowledge of what our customers want and need


  • Manage technical aspects of RfP preparation and strategic positioning in Germany and Europe


  • Address non-standard customer requests and guide experts to tailor solutions for our customers


  • Enhance and automate backtesting tools for sales team use


  • Contribute to the strategic positioning of Entrix's technical offering across Europe



Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them, and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.


Mandatory Requirements



  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the energy sector or dynamic environments (e.g., startups, VC, consultancy)


  • Technical background (Software Engineering, Data Analytics)


  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex technical setups


  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • Experience in bridging technical and commercial topics, ideally in energy/tech-driven sectors


  • Comfortable interacting with customers and partners, and analyzing markets thoroughly


  • Confident in presenting solutions at customer meetings or events/fares


  • Strong organizational skills, able to independently manage projects


  • Proficient in English and German (C1/C2)



Skills to Set You Apart



  • Familiarity with backtesting tools, analytics, or quantitative modeling


  • Prior exposure to RfPs or proposal management
