Evident Europe GmbH seeks an AI Engineer to convert business needs into practical AI solutions across finance, HR, sales, service, legal and quality assurance. You will own solutions from initial request through development and delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and external partners.

This role offers flexibility with Prague-based remote work or Hamburg-based hybrid setup, and opportunities to scale AI services across an international organization.

Qualifications

Tasks

The primary objective of the AI Engineer is to create unique value propositions by ensuring our AI services are impactful and relevant. The AI Engineer will play a key role to upskill the capability of systematic AI adoption for the entire organization. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand our business goals and identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases. The AI Engineer is responsible for successful implementation and delivery of new AI services.

Requirements

What you bring

• Strong hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently.
• Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite.
• Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices.
• Clear communication, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.

The role can be based in Prague, with remote working, or Hamburg, with a 50/50 office arrangement.
