Job summary

Evident Europe GmbH is seeking an AI Engineer to create value by delivering impactful AI services across our global organization. You will translate business needs into practical AI solutions, including LLM/RAG deployments, and drive delivery with stakeholders and external partners.

Based in Prague with remote work or Hamburg with a 50/50 office arrangement, the role combines hands-on development with strategic oversight and opportunities for training, international collaboration, and career

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Anthropic Claude suite.
• Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices.
• Clear communication, sound judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.

Tasks

The primary objective of the AI Engineer is to create unique value propositions by ensuring our AI services are impactful and relevant. The AI Engineer will play a key role to upskill the capability of systematic AI adoption for the entire organization. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand our business goals and identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases. The AI Engineer is responsible for successful implementation and delivery of new AI services.

At Evident, you will turn business needs into practical AI solutions for teams across finance, HR, sales, service, legal and quality assurance. You will own solutions from initial request through development and delivery, working directly with stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

What you bring

• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently.
• Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic's Claude suite.
• Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices.
• Clear communication, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A relevant master's degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.

The role can be based in Prague, with remote working , or Hamburg, with a 50/50 office arrangement .
