We're Hiring : Solution Engineer – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

I'm currently partnering with one of the most exciting businesses in the BESS industry right now, following incredible success commercially and then financially, the growth of this company not only in Europe, but on a global scale has been very interesting to see.

Now they are scaling their solutions team in Germany.

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who’s eager to learn, grow, and take on diverse challenges—from designing integrated BESS solutions to supporting dynamic modeling and client engagement.

What You’ll Do :

• Design integrated BESS solutions for tenders and technical proposals.
• Support dynamic model development using PowerFactory (they’re investing heavily here!).
• Present complex technical ideas to clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and product materials.
• Collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel occasionally (3–5 trips / year) after your initial training period.

What We’re Looking For :

• Degree in Electrical, Power, or Energy Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in renewable energy (BESS experience is a big plus).
• Familiarity with PSSE, ETAP, and PowerFactory.
• Strong communication and people skills—you’re great with clients and teams.
• Fluent in English and ready to grow in a global environment.
