Role Overview

Iron Mountain is seeking a Digital Solution Development Specialist (SDS) to support and scale regional digital deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in outsourced document imaging, digital capture services, technical solution design, and subscription software sales within an enterprise organization. The Solution Development Specialist will be crucial to the continued success and growth of our Global Digital Business Unit.

Your Role in Our Mission
  1. Solution Design across the Iron Mountain Digital portfolio
  2. Understand customers' physical and digital information environments and identify challenges; provide problem-solving related to Iron Mountain services.
  3. Support sales teams by driving sales collaboration and providing digital training as needed.
  4. Partner with Digital Solution Executives and Solution Architects to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
  5. Provide solution configuration recommendations, architectural diagrams, quotes, schedules, contracts, and SOW creation/modification.
  6. Present solution overviews and demonstrations to customers.
  7. Support the technical portion of RFPs and RFQs.
Valued Skills and Experience
  • Experience in solution development, pricing, and demonstrating scanning and outsourced imaging services.
  • Knowledge of indexing technologies, both manual (offshore and onshore) and digital (OCR, IDP, ICR, ML, HITL).
  • Understanding of Content Services Workflow, Business Process Management, and Information Governance.
  • Experience with Cloud SaaS platforms in content services and information management.
  • Familiarity with data recognition, analysis technologies, Machine Learning, AI, Cognitive Neural Networks, ECM solutions, and Document Management.
  • Proven experience in consultative solution approaches, presales processes, and technology-focused solution selling.
