Job Description

For our division Global IT at the headquarters in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are looking for you as soon as possible. Being part of our Infrastructure & Network Team in an international IT setup.

Responsibilities

• Group-wide definition of standards for network technology
• Management of external service providers
• Establishment of security standards in collaboration with the Information Security Officer
• Hosting and connection of production-related systems
• Service responsibility for mobile telephony as well as Internet connections
• Access management (Active Directory)

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable education and work experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure & Network (e.g., SDWAN, VPN, WAN, LAN, Internet, firewall)
• Deep knowledge of data centers, local servers, virtualization (VMWare), and storage (NAS)
• Open-mindedness towards Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)
• Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate topics to senior management
• Professional proficiency in English and German
