About the Role
Workday is looking for an outstanding Solution Consultant for our Ai Recruiting tool, HiredScore, covering the EMEA region. This is your chance to demonstrate the product, and extend the value of HiredScore for our EMEA Customer Base.
A HiredScore Solution Consultant leverages their in-depth product knowledge of AI Recruiting and solution consulting experience to showcase Workday's AI Recruiting toolset HiredScore. They will be a trusted advisor to the sales team, and have the ability to provide deep functional expertise throughout the sales process. Working as part of the EMEA Center of Excellence team, individual Solution Consultants partner with Center of Excellence Account Executives to engage in discovery around an organisation's current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how HiredScore can address requirements, solve business concerns, and create value.
Tasks/Description:
The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs.
Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process
Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge through the learning opportunities provided by Workday
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or a related role.
Strong understanding of AI Recruiting principles and practices.
Experience with AI-powered enterprise software solutions, ideally within the legal or contract management space.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Fluency in professional English required.
Other Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working across multiple senior stakeholders in a complex sales landscape
Experience in Management Consulting / Project management where you were able to link technology projects to business outcomes and value
Understanding of Large Language Models, and their application to business
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working with legal departments, or legal technologies
