About the Role

As a Solution Consultant, you will take the lead in providing strategic consulting services to our clients, helping them implement and optimise Adobe’s Content Supply Chain and Gen Studio applications. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, develop solutions, and ensure successful adoption and operation of Adobe tools such as Workfront, AEM Assets, Adobe Express, Content Hub, and Firefly.

You will play a key role in consultative engagements, leading workshops, presenting solutions, and guiding best practices for the successful deployment and integration of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion. This role also involves collaborating with Solution Architects, engaging in pre-sales activities, and actively contributing to the Solution Consulting Community.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic consulting for implementing and expanding Adobe’s Content Supply Chain applications.
• Lead client engagements to identify challenges and deliver solution workshops.
• Develop and present potential solutions, including best practices and feature analysis.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate and enhance standard blueprints.
• Support customers during project implementation and provide ongoing advisory services.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including creating accurate estimates and quotations.
• Participate actively in the Solution Consulting Community, sharing insights and mentoring peers.
• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements.
• Create and deliver product demonstrations showcasing Content Supply Chain solutions.
• Guide the integration of business applications using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing agency, creative execution, and marketing process operations.
• Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Workfront and/or Workfront Fusion solutions.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of marketing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
