Responsibilities (Text Only)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Execution: Orchestrate a virtual team and assess customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and close AI Workforce opportunities.
  2. Consultative Solution Sales: Drive solution sales best practices including discovery, building and crafting solution strategies that differentiate from the competition, and challenging customers with creative and innovative solutions.
  3. Business Value Selling: Foster and expand Microsoft’s relationships with customer business decision makers. Collaborate with other sellers to identify and qualify new AI Workforce opportunities, engage key contacts, and understand customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes.
  4. Scaling and Collaboration: Lead planning, orchestration, and execution of AI Workforce opportunities with stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
  5. Technical Expertise: Lead conversations with AI Workforce Business Decision Makers (BDM) and IT Decision Makers (ITDM), share best practices, and act as a subject matter expert to inform decisions.
  6. Sales Excellence: Plan for accounts across your territory, complete plans and business analyses to pursue high-potential customers, and manage AI Workforce solutions organization-wide.
  7. Deliver Results and Model Microsoft Values: Deliver results through teamwork, acting as a role model for Microsoft’s values including fairness and respect.
Key Capabilities:
  1. Executive Presence: Lead conversations at CxO level, secure executive commitment, and orchestrate stakeholders during the sales cycle.
  2. Sales Execution: Lead BDM conversations with high-potential customers, build pipelines, develop solutions, and close deals.
  3. Business Value Selling: Build economic justifications, assess opportunities, and validate business value to drive purchase intent.
  4. Scaling and Collaboration: Leverage and coordinate collaborative approaches with stakeholders.
  5. Technical Expertise: Understand AI Workforce solutions, share best practices, and provide insights on product trends and blockers.
  6. Sales Excellence: Collaborate on business planning, lead forecasts, and account strategies to drive sales in high-propensity accounts.
  7. Deliver Results and Model Microsoft Values: Identify operational needs, build account plans, and demonstrate empathy and compliance with Microsoft’s values.
Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in selling cloud solutions, consulting, or technical sales, preferably in AI for enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to design, value-sell, negotiate, and close multi-million dollar cloud/AI deals.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of selling and engaging at the executive level.
  • Experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, security technologies, and industry standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Experience in co-selling with partners for scalability.
