As a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect, you’ll work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges, and internally collaborate with your colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions. Work on multifaceted projects that demand analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

You’ll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provides the Solution Architect with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn.

The Solution Architect is a key member of our implementation team. A leader with deep system implementation experience, you will be the main point of contact between the client and our consulting team. This key role is involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a proven design, and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. The solution architect's process typically involves recommending the most appropriate technology for the client based on the architect’s expertise.

Lead next-generation supply chain transformations as a Kinaxis Solution Architect (Director Level).

We are seeking a strategic thinker and seasoned delivery leader to design and guide enterprise-level Kinaxis Maestro solutions for global clients—particularly within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Typical responsibilities include :

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, future-ready Kinaxis Maestro solutions across enterprise landscapes, integrating with multi-platform ecosystems.
• Lead design sessions, architecture reviews, and technical governance forums with CIOs, enterprise architects, and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical designs into business-aligned strategies, considering automation, AI, and broader digital roadmaps.
• Oversee large-scale implementation programs, managing vendor alignment, delivery risks, and technical KPIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for supply chain leaders, balancing business imperatives with platform capabilities and innovations.
• Mentor solution consultants and technical leads, fostering innovation, technical depth, and delivery excellence.
• Develop IP, accelerators, and reusable architecture frameworks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Contribute to business development efforts through technical solutioning, proposal leadership, and strategic account growth.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Expertise in Supply chain technology consulting, with few years leading Kinaxis Maestro architecture and delivery.
• Experience architecting and delivering multi-module Kinaxis solutions in global CPG environments.
• Strong grasp of enterprise integration, data modeling, and system scalability.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior business and IT leaders, driving consensus and strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Kinaxis Solution Architect Level 2 certified.
• Fluency in a second European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) next to English.
• Deep understanding of CPG-specific planning challenges and best practices.
• Experience designing cloud migration strategies and hybrid architecture models.
• Background in building and scaling reusable components, technical accelerators, or templates.
• Track record of leading technical steering committees or influencing platform investments at the executive level.
