Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced Solution Architect to win deals, shape offerings, and guide complex cloud transformation programs. You will run discovery workshops with enterprise clients, design the high‑level solution, surface trade‑offs, and defend decisions to C‑level executives.

You will support sales with estimations and build repeatable service offerings. The role requires hands‑on sovereign cloud experience, channel awareness, and familiarity with regulated industries.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Solution Architect / presales architect in IT services or with an infrastructure provider.
• Real command of private cloud (Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Network, OS, Observability).
• Experience in transformations and migrations – including VMware exit paths.
• The ability to run workshops and talk to a business decision‑maker – translating technology into cost, risk and value.
• Polish and English at a level that lets you work directly with clients.
• Hands‑on sovereign cloud (e.g. Scaleway, CloudFerro, STACKIT and similar) and awareness of channel/partner dynamics.
• Experience with clients in regulated industries (finance, Healthcare).
• Architecture certifications (cloud, VMware/VCF, OpenStack) – as evidence, not as a gate.

• Run discovery and architecture workshops with enterprise clients to map needs to an agreed target.
• Design the high-level solution (HLD), surface trade-offs, and defend decisions and cost to C-level.
• Support sales with solution shaping, proposals, estimations, and defending the offer.
• Lead architectural transformations and migrations (cloud exit, modernization, platform moves) with sovereign-by-design for regulated clients.
• Co-build and grow the service catalog in private and sovereign clouds.
• Productize repeatable engagements into catalog offerings with scope, SLA and cost models.
• Develop reference architectures, patterns, and reusable presales assets.
• Develop competitive battlecards and value arguments.

• You productize repeatable engagements – turning what we already do for clients into catalog offerings with scope, SLA, cost model and positioning.
• You build reference architectures, patterns and reusable presales assets.
• Competitive positioning: battlecards, “where we collide”, value argumentation.
