Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Senior Cloud Architect to lead federal capture and proposal efforts. You will translate mission requirements into market-aligned architectures, and craft technical narratives for winning proposals and orals.

You will partner with BD, capture and proposal managers and executives to define discriminators, win themes, and customer-aligned messaging, and develop technical artifacts such as architecture diagrams and compliance matrices for government opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of related experience in cloud strategy, design and pre‑sales or proposal support.
• Experience architecting cloud solutions with a focus on solution design and market messaging.
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures and AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, Bedrock, SageMaker, and Q).
• Strong DevSecOps knowledge, CI/CD pipelines, policy‑as‑code, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, 800-171, FedRAMP, DoD).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the principal cloud solution strategist during federal capture and proposal efforts.
