Your tasks

1. Strategically advise the business on business, process and technical requirements, analyze, identify and document them.

2. Joint solution finding with the Kardex Digital Work Group to streamline and automate business and technical processes within the M365 ecosystem in line with the digitalization strategy.

3. Leading initiatives to design, develop, maintain and govern the M365 platform services.

4. Creating technical guidance and implementation for the overall security of M365 deployments.

5. Research and lead on configuration and best practices for M365 applications and specified system changes.

6. Working closely with the Subject Matter Expert M365 and providing 2nd level support and advice for day to day operations.

7. Advise and train the application owners.

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, computer science or a comparable field.

2. Several years of experience in an IT team, especially in the areas of architecture, development and project implementation.

3. Experience with Power Platform Automation Solutions such as Power Automate, Power Apps etc. as well as with the administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint Online, Azure Active Directory.

4. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or C# is an advantage.

5. Previous knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure Cloud, is desirable.

6. Deep understanding and practical experience with the M365 environment at enterprise level; ideally Microsoft certifications, especially MS-XXX and PL-XXX.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

8. German and English language skills.
