Solution Architect (m/f/x) ERP Integration
The position:

The Solution Architect (m/f/x) ERP Integration leads the design, implementation, and management of ERP integration solutions, focusing on the global S/4 HANA landscape and regional integration platforms. This role ensures seamless system integration, interface monitoring, data integrity, and security across the ERP architecture.
Key responsibilities include coordinating implementation projects, collaborating with external hosting and service partners, and maintaining a technical roadmap to drive continuous improvement in integration and interfaces.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business peers at regional and global levels, fostering collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate ERP technology implementation phases, ensuring smooth solution delivery
  • Take a hands-on approach by personally executing complex technology changes or integrations where needed
  • Act as a bridge between business strategy and the implementation of ERP technology solutions, with a focus on S/4 HANA
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP technologies, including S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, and Cloud ALM, ensuring seamless integration into the existing enterprise architecture
  • Convert specific business requirements into effective technology solutions, coordinating activities across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Support projects from initiation to production, ensuring smooth go-live phases and proper handover processes
  • Manage middleware applications globally and regionally, focusing on monitoring and continuous improvement of service quality
  • Develop and maintain the SAP technical roadmap, staying updated on new technological trends and proactively proposing optimizations
  • Deliver 2nd-level support for SAP applications and collaborate with IT Problem and Incident Managers on critical issues
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements and manage application integration aspects in close collaboration with SAP Basis teams
Personal skills and professional experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Several years of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment
  • Deep expertise in SAP interface technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP ALM, and the SAP RISE model
  • General knowledge of SAP ECC technology, logistics, accounting, and reporting functions
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as GMP, SOX, and GDPR
  • Understanding of incident and support management processes, with experience in supplier management
  • Strong focus on customer service and stakeholder collaboration
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • International collaboration skills and the flexibility to travel frequently to other regions as required
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
