️ What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind scalable collaboration solutions that feel natural and actually work. You’ll guide clients through the full journey — from concept to implementation — and get hands-on with both the tech and the team.

• Design smart collaboration solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure & Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Translate business needs into technical tasks and lead project execution from start to finish
• Oversee or co-develop individual solutions based on standard products or custom development
• Take ownership of projects and sub-projects within cross-functional teams
• Guide clients by connecting business processes with the right modern tech stack
• Act as a thought partner, helping clients see the "big picture" and realize their digital strategy

What You Bring

You’re a natural bridge-builder — between business needs and tech possibilities, between users and solutions.

• Solid experience working with enterprise clients
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform — SharePoint expertise is a big plus
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Azure Web Apps/ServiceBus/Application Insights is a bonus
• Strategic mindset — you love understanding the full scope before diving into the details
• Ability to dive into technical discussions with developers and consultants
• Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative, transparent way
• Proactive communication style — you speak up when something’s unclear and help others do the same
