Responsibilities:

• Drive our IT strategy and shape the digital transformation at Vibracoustic! As a Solution Architect (f/m/d), you lead the design and delivery of global IT solutions for Corporate Functions (e.g., HR, Treasury, Customs) and Financials, aligning business needs with digital innovation.

• Design and implement enterprise-level IT solutions for Finance, Controlling, and Corporate Functions (HR, Treasury, Customs, Legal and Compliance, Internal Audit, and Communication).

• Define strategic IT architecture aligned with company goals.

• Analyze business demands to recommend best-fit technologies.

• Ensure secure, cost-efficient, and scalable IT services.

• Partner with executive stakeholders and Freudenberg ITC.

• Guide and develop your team of experts as part of your technical leadership responsibilities.

• Drive digital business transformation across platforms and processes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree in IT or a related field.

• Have strong professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and HR systems (ideally SAP FI/CO).

• Possess industry experience, ideally in automotive; consulting experience is a plus.

• Be highly experienced with IT architecture, ITIL, PMI, and tools like LeanIX or ServiceNow.

• Be open-minded, team-oriented, and interculturally competent.

• Be a strong communicator with business-fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus).
