Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex, scalable, and secure solutions that drive business value for customers. Act as a trusted advisor shaping solution strategy, architecture, and execution across engagements.
- Customer-Centric Solution Design: Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and define solution architecture; align business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery approach.
- Architecture Definition & Governance: Own end-to-end architecture definition, with artifact like Architecture Description Document, Architecture Decision Log, Requirements Traceability Matrix; ensure traceability from business requirements to implementation.
- Business Value Realization: Articulate and measure business value; resolve ambiguous requirements; document assumptions and implications.
- Technical Leadership & IP Development: Identify reusable patterns; contribute to IP, reference architectures, accelerators; promote reuse.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Influence: Lead virtual teams across disciplines; share insights to influence product direction.
- Customer Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Represent customer voice; advocate for improvements; escalate feedback to engineering/product teams.
- Performance & KPI Accountability: Drive metrics such as Azure Consumption Revenue, Gross Margin, Resource Mix, and Customer Satisfaction; align decisions with business goals.
- Executive Engagement & Communication: Communicate with senior stakeholders; translate technical concepts to business language; facilitate executive discussions.
Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field AND solid experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
- OR master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field AND proven experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
- OR equivalent experience including career returners and those with non-linear paths
- Proven record of managing multiple, highly complex projects or portfolios and leading blended, multidisciplinary teams
- Proven strong migration and infrastructure (AVS) expertise and proven senior-level experience to lead and deliver high-impact solutions
- Additional benefit skills in Data e.g., Data lakes, Synapse, Agents/Agentic
Additional / Preferred Qualifications- Technical or professional certification in Infrastructure and migration domain
- Experience with technical (services/consulting) sales experience
- Leadership/people management experience, including leading and supporting a diverse team of technical consultants
