We have designed a special Dynamics 365 platform for this purpose, which we implement in medium-sized and large organizations.

• As Solution Architect at the Ambit Group you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements gathering together with our consultants/project managers
• You will guide the customer, within the framework of solution finding, from complex needs to implementation possibilities in the area of Microsoft standard tools
• In close cooperation with the consulting team, you advise the customer, design the solution and document it
• Together with our innovative customers you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• You carry out customizations based on customer requirements independently
• If individual developments are necessary, you prepare the professional requirements for the technical implementation
• In the role of Solution Architect you will take over the overall conceptual responsibility for the customer-specific solution design
• In your focus area you will support our sales team in presales activities
