EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect – AI to design enterprise AI architectures across industries in a hybrid mode in Germany (Munich/Frankfurt/Stuttgart). You’ll lead Gen-AI and agentic solution design, MLOps practices and governance while collaborating with stakeholders and driving pre-sales support.

The role requires strong experience with LLM integration, RAG patterns, and cloud platforms, plus German and English proficiency for client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of IT experience with 3+ years in solution or technical architecture.
• Experience designing Generative AI solutions including LLM integration and RAG patterns.
• Familiarity with agentic platforms and production AI integrations with human oversight.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR and DORA
• Excellent client-facing communication in German and English

We're looking for a Solution Architect – AI (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt, Stuttgart or Munich, Germany, in a hybrid working mode.In this role, you will design AI solution architectures for enterprise-scale engagements, focusing on Generative AI and agentic systems. The position combines hands-on technical delivery, advisory and pre-sales activities, using a shift-left approach to share AI knowledge and accelerate capability-building across teams.
