In this role, you will :

The role and responsibilities of Technical Service personnel include but are not limited to the following :

1. Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
2. Answering consulting phone calls, replying to emails for customer support;
3. Remote or onsite inverter troubleshooting, inverter replacement, defect inverter troubleshooting, and site visits when needed;
4. Collecting clear after-sales support case data and reporting to the leader;
5. Other teamwork assigned by the team leader.
6. Having knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter, and Utility-Based Projects is an advantage;
7. Responsible for after-sales support activity in the particular region.

We are looking for :

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical, or related majors;
• Self-motivated with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the solar industry;
• Energetic professional willing to travel 50% or more per year;
• Good communication skills with fluent German and English.
