Are you an experienced solar sales professional with a passion for clean energy and a solid network in the C&I and installer space? This is your opportunity to join one of the industry’s most innovative and respected solar mounting system manufacturers.

We are seeking a Solar Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts across Northern Germany, with a particular focus on developing relationships in the Commercial & Industrial and installer markets.

The Role

As Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Developing and managing direct sales activities across Northern Germany
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with C&I customers and installation partners
  • Presenting and promoting our full portfolio of cutting-edge solar mounting systems
  • Working closely with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Delivering on revenue targets and contributing to market growth strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in solar sales, ideally with mounting systems or solar components
  • Strong knowledge of the C&I and / or installer market in Germany
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg
  • Fluent in German; English is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
