We at our location in Heusenstamm near Frankfurt am Main in Germany are looking for an earliest possible start date for a full-time position:

Solar Product Development Manager (m / f / d)

1. Development of new BIPV / BAPV systems for flat and pitched roof solutions
2. Technical improvement of the BMI PV Product Portfolio
3. Ensure that the products are tested and meet certification and in-house quality criteria
4. Participation in national and international solar standardization committees
5. Build knowledge about national and international BIPV / BAPV rules and regulations
6. Responsible for internal and external product testing and certification, including final reporting and product approval
7. Create structured and comprehensible product documentation
8. Prepare technical training documents and conduct training for internal teams
9. Carry out laying trials and test installations of PV systems
10. Active participation in solar standards and committees at national and international levels

Your profile :

1. Technical background and professional experience in photovoltaic technology
2. Completed technical studies, Bachelor or Master, preferably in renewable energies or electrical engineering
3. Good understanding of roofing and solar standards
4. Strong technical understanding with a hands-on approach
5. Proficiency in English for communication and writing
6. Teamwork skills
7. Good time management
8. Ability to work independently
9. Highly motivated with good communication and organizational skills
