Jobbeschreibung

As a Junior Accountant at Aklamio, you are an essential part of our finance team. You will independently manage various areas, support establishing and optimizing processes, and think outside the box to contribute to our growth and business success. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join and support our remote team either on a full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week) basis.

What You'll Do
  • Manage accounts receivable and serve as the point of contact for efficient invoicing.
  • Oversee the invoicing process from creating invoices to monitoring open items, including handling dunning procedures and managing receivables.
  • Reconcile and clarify accounts with suppliers or partners.
  • Support accounts payable management.
  • Assist with tasks related to annual financial statements and audits.
What We're Looking For
  • Completed vocational training or a degree focusing on accounting.
  • Knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and ideally VAT (USt).
  • Initial professional experience in accounting; practical bookkeeping skills are a plus.
  • Diligent, reliable, and able to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Good user knowledge of Excel; experience handling large data sets is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
