ALTEN Germany is seeking a skilled engineer to join our aviation software verification team. You will analyze system and software requirements to ensure full traceability, assess change requests, and perform defect analysis and root cause investigations.

You will create, execute, and document test procedures on the test benches within the RISE Environment, conduct regression testing, and prepare certification evidence and compliance documentation, while troubleshooting with SCADE diagrams and

Qualifikationen

• Experience with AFCS / Flight Control Systems.
• Strong knowledge of SCADE or Simulink and avionic systems.
• Experience with test benches and executing a test case.
• Familiar with DO-178C and safety-critical software development.
• Business fluent English.

• analyze system and software requirements to ensure full traceability
• analyze change requests as well as perform defect analysis and root cause analysis
• create, execute, and document test procedures on the test benches within the RISE Environment
• conduct regression testing and prepare certification evidence and compliance documentation
• troubleshoot using SCADE diagrams and support bug fixing activities

Qualifications

YOU

• have experience with AFCS (Automatic Flight Control Systems) / Flight Control Systems
• have strong knowledge of SCADE or Simulink as well as good understanding of avionic systems
• are experienced with test benches and able to execute a test case (initialisation, malfunction injections, troubleshooting)
• worked on Projects with Software Verification and Validation (V&V) and are familiar with DO-178C and safety-critical software development
• speak English on a Business fluent level
