Your Role

As a Software Test Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test software for embedded systems, Linux, Azure Cloud, and AI applications.

You will develop and maintain test frameworks and infrastructure to enable reusable test automation across multiple projects.

Ensure that requirements and specifications are covered by automated test cases.

Execute automated tests, monitor test runs, and analyze results.

Keep automated tests up to date with software changes.

Develop, expand, and automate CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.

You will be part of a scrum team with internal and external members, communicating issues to the development team.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in computer science or similar experience.
• Several years of experience in (agile) software development, preferably for embedded systems or Linux.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
• Programming experience, preferably in scripting languages such as Python.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Robot Framework, or similar.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes and their integration into testing.
• An independent work style and motivation to proactively solve automation challenges.
• Ideally, qualified as an ISTQB FL or Test Automation Engineer.
• Strong communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills.
• Practical knowledge of English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
