• Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support.
• High level of service and customer orientation.
• Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems.

• Good written and spoken English & German.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with sophisticated software architectures.
• Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years desirable).
• Confident handling of databases (Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment.
• Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers.
• Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions.
• Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS).
• International project commissioning and after-go-live support.
• Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC).
• Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV).
• Change request processing for existing customers.
