Our ZEISS Quality Software provides solutions for metrological challenges, adhering to the highest security standards. As a Software Security Expert (m/w/x), you will play a strategic role in this domain.
Design and implement security strategies for the entire software portfolio within ZEISS Quality Software.
Identify and evaluate security risks, and derive appropriate measures according to current standards.
Present security concepts and measures to management and oversee their practical implementation.
Manage and monitor the implementation of security concepts, continuously adapting standards to emerging threats.
Advise and train development teams on security-relevant aspects; incorporate best practices into the software development process.
Qualifications
Successfully completed university degree related to computer science, preferably with a focus on security or cybersecurity.
Extensive expertise in the NIS2 Directive and the Cyber Resilience Act.
Several years of relevant professional experience in developing and implementing security concepts.
Practical experience with cyber threats and risk assessments.
Ability to present complex technical topics clearly and convincingly to management.
A proactive, organized personality with a solution-oriented work approach.
