Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, vorzugsweise für Softwarelösungen.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and strengthen the software portfolio around the machine tool business
• Understand customer processes and map customer journeys, thereby developing value propositions
• Analyze market data and map market trends
• Gather and update competitive intelligence for the software business
• Empower Sales with consultancy around services portfolio
• Develop business plan for new products and ensure its implementation in terms of milestones, volumes and costs (management of gates) together with R&D
• Define price targets for new products based on input from Sales, Marketing (and R&D)
• Manage interface with R&D, BD, Sales & Marketing managers
• Drive product launch planning and execution, together with Sales & BD (segments) and country responsible persons
• Prepare and conduct new product and service training
• Monitor product performance and quality and define actions

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields (e.g. Software Engineering)
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably for software solutions
• Deep knowledge in software architectures & requirements engineering
• Impeccable organization skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills in English
• Insights into software solutions for Additive Manufacturing are a plus
