We are seeking an enthusiastic Dutch-speaking individual for a challenging Software Implementation role, passionate about technology, learning, and digital software, to join our growing Software Implementation Team in London.

Scheer imc is a leader in e-learning technologies with over 28 years of experience. As a full-service provider, it offers advanced training platforms, learning content, and strategic L&D expertise for global brands to achieve complex learning objectives. With over 350 professionals across 12 countries, we support a diverse portfolio of renowned global brands.

As an imc Learning Software Implementation Consultant, you will deliver new customer projects and collaborate with existing clients to implement our learning management system and other imc software products.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with clients to maximize the value of our solutions.
2. Project manage and deliver work packages, effectively managing scope, time, and budget.
3. Facilitate workshops to analyze and understand customer requirements and agree on solution designs.
4. Prepare high-quality specifications, plans, reports, and other documentation.
5. Perform software configurations based on specifications.
6. Support customers with training, coaching, testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

1. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
2. Project management qualifications and/or experience in IT system rollouts.
3. Confidence, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
5. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
6. Experience in consulting or configuring business software systems.
7. Customer-centric mindset, able to work independently and in teams.
8. Ability to lead functional and technical meetings and workshops.
9. Flexibility to travel.
