A fast-growing European SaaS company is looking for a hands-on .NET Team Lead to lead a team of five engineers. You'll own architecture decisions, build scalable REST APIs, and drive technical excellence using modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 developers
• Architect and build enterprise-grade .NET applications
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Apply Domain-Driven Design principles
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership

Must-Have

• Strong .NET/.NET Core experience
• Proven leadership in agile teams
• Expertise in REST APIs, architecture, and DDD
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work on-site in Stuttgart 2 days per week
