You will own performance, development, and progression of your team, partner with Product on roadmap planning so engineers understand the context, drive hiring, and set cultural expectations around AI coding tools.

• Proven experience as Engineering Manager or Team Lead with ownership of team culture.
• Extensive software engineering background with hands-on technical work.
