Trust In SODA is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our AI Platform team. You will own end-to-end features across React frontend and Node.js/TypeScript backend, shaping architecture and UI/UX patterns in a fast-moving startup environment.

Collaborating with product, design, and AI teams, you will integrate AI-enabled workflows, optimize performance, and contribute to CI/CD, observability, and reliable services.

Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Platform)

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing Engineering team building a modern AI-driven platform, this is a startup environment in a very exciting position, building an AI native Operating System that transforms unstructured communication and data into organized and automated workflows.

With a clear progression plan in mind, this is a hands-on IC role with significant influence on architecture, UI/UX patterns, and overall product quality, while working backend services and frontend interfaces to deliver end-to-end features with strong ownership.

Strong ownership across both frontend and backend development, working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality user-facing features.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build end-to-end features across React (frontend) and Node.js / TypeScript (backend) systems
• Develop clean, intuitive user experiences using React and TypeScript
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Work with APIs, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate closely with AI and backend engineers to integrate intelligent workflows into the product
• Contribute to architectural discussions, performance improvements, and engineering best practices

Frontend Engineering

• Develop reusable components, layouts, and UI patterns
• Optimize for performance, clarity, and usability
• Maintain design consistency and elevate product polish
• Implement and maintain backend routes, business logic, and services
• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and queries
• Contribute to distributed system patterns, event-driven flows, and reliability

AI-Enabled Product Work

• Integrate frontend experiences with AI-derived outputs (structured data, workflows, insights)
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure clarity and usability of model outputs
• Write high-quality, maintainable code
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
• Support performance, observability, and CI/CD improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert-level TypeScript
• Strong proficiency with React (hooks, component design, state management)
• Backend experience using Node.js + TypeScript
• Familiarity with AWS, DevOps basics, and performance optimizationInterest or experience with AI-enabled products (LLMs, embeddings, model outputs)
• Experience building and shipping production systems
• Comfortable working across the full stack with end-to-end ownership
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architecture
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working in a startup, fast-moving, high-autonomy environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, or Terraform
• Exposure to distributed systems or event-driven architectures
• Interest or experience in AI-enabled products or LLM integrations
• Strong UI/UX intuition and attention to product quality
• Previous startup or early-stage company experience
