ScienceLogic is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager in Germany. You will lead a team of 4-10 engineers focused on real-time data collection, processing, streaming, and AI features.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture decisions, and drive reliability and performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of backend services, distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud-native practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience with real-time data processing and AI features is a plus.
