Your mission

As a Software Engineer in our Autonomy & Perception division, you will:

  • Develop, optimize, and deploy real-time algorithms for multi-object tracking, sensor fusion, and state estimation.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (camera, radar, lidar, GNSS, IMU) to enable precise localization and robust situational awareness.
  • Build resilient tracking systems that operate reliably in challenging environments (e.g., contested, GPS-denied, degraded conditions).
  • Collaborate with experts in robotics, embedded systems, perception, and autonomy to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Work across prototypes, fielded systems, and production-grade architectures.
Your profile

You have strong expertise in at least some of these areas:

  • Multi-Object Tracking (Kalman Filter, Extended Kalman, Unscented Kalman, Particle Filter, Probabilistic Data Association)
  • Sensor Fusion (Radar, Lidar, Camera, GNSS, IMU) for environment modeling and localization
  • State Estimation in real-time or embedded systems
  • Software Development: Strong C++ (11/14/17) skills; Python experience is a plus
  • Real-World Systems: Experience with UAVs, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or similar perception-driven applications
  • Familiarity with frameworks like ROS, RTMaps, DDS, or embedded environments is a bonus
