Software Engineer, Stream Deck
What you will be working on:
- You will join one of our software development teams as a Software Engineer to directly contribute to the success of our Stream Deck desktop application.
- You will be responsible for developing desktop software using C++ and the Qt framework, designing and implementing software architecture and UI for Windows and macOS.
- You will collaborate with product managers to define software requirements and scope of work.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality software.
- You will develop tests to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
- You will participate in code reviews, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software performance to enhance user experience.
- You will stay updated with the latest desktop software development trends and technologies.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, informatics, or comparable fields.
- At least three years of experience developing desktop software for Windows and/or macOS in C++.
- Experience with Qt framework is advantageous.
- Proficiency in structuring and testing large applications or designing complex systems.
- Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio, Qt Creator, Jira, Confluence, Git.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with Elgato products, especially Stream Deck devices, is beneficial.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
