We Are Looking for You!

For our location in Menden, we are seeking an:

• Advisor and strategic supporter for the implementation and optimization of cloud applications, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft SharePoint
• Developer and continuous enhancer of the company-wide digitalization strategy
• Central contact and mediator between departments, IT, and external service providers
• Integrator of cloud applications into the OBO landscape, ensuring smooth process flows
• Checker and enforcer of internal policies regarding cloud application use and their ongoing optimization
• Builder of interfaces between cloud applications, adhering to high IT security standards
• Responsible for the support and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint applications, including team coverage
• Planner and trainer for Microsoft cloud applications, providing end-user support

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, vocational training as an IT specialist, or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Basic knowledge in planning, creating, and implementing cloud-based infrastructures
• Initial experience managing external service providers
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, reliability, and an independent work style
