Qualifikationen

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space, and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Software Engineer (m / f / d) for Mission Systems developments".

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software products for the Aircraft and Ground Segment functions
• Provide Data management solutions (networks, avionics, and open platforms)
• Manage Aircraft sensors
• Insert state-of-the-art technologies in the implementation of new capabilities, ensuring safety, quality, and performance levels according to Airbus systems engineering processes and customer needs
• Document and verify the developed solutions
• Validate the solutions by executing defined tests and test means
• Collaborate in Project Agile Ceremonies as a team member supporting problem resolution, planning, and deliveries
• Participate in Software Lifecycle reviews and provide required data

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in Computer Science
• Experience in Software Development and working with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Model-Based Software Lifecycle processes
• Basic knowledge of Network Management
• Requirements Engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows is appreciated
• Image Processing knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of Eclipse RCP and GIS Technologies is a plus
• Proficient in German
